"Growing up in
a family of 6, and having two deaf parents reveals just how different my
upbringing has been. My past, my experiences and my present create a thread of
narrative that runs through my work and stems from my living in an environment void
of sound. This is reflection of who I am and how I communicate visually
revealed in my photography as a natural tool of expression."
